Help on connection string (sql server 2008)

Hello Dear Friends

i need a help with the connection string, im using visual studio 2010 and sql server 2008.
I create a exe file for my application, so that i can install it in another laptop, after i after this application on another laptop im having this message: "cannot open database,'WRE Database Hardware Assessment' requested by the login. The login failed.
Login failed for use 'Africa\v-jomuka' "
