Not able to reply to posts

Every time I try to reply on this web site, I get:

404 - File or directory not found.
The resource you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.

Is there something wrong with the web site or is it my web browser? I am still using IE8.

Just testing to post answer using IE10 in IE8 browser mode.
