SQLite with FTP

Hi, how looks like the connection string ???? for SQLite with ftp via VBA

conn.Open "DRIVER=SQLite3 ODBC Driver;Database=???????????;Password=xxxxx;"

SQLite over FTP!?!? Does not sound like a good idea from the start... did anything point you in a direction saying that would be possible at all? I've never heard of it before...
