Connect Excel 2013 to visual C# 2010 in win8-64bit ("Could not find installable ISAM." error)

I wanna import an excel file to C# and using the guidelines on internet (forums), I installed a 32bit version of access database engine and then "The 'Microsoft.ACE.OLEDB.12.0' provider is not registered on the local machine" error solved but then I confronted this error: "Could not find installable ISAM."
what is this error and what should I do? I couldn't find a helpful answer for this problem in internet, thanks for any help.
