No duplicate names in query???

Hey there! I am very new to Access and have created a pretty good db for tracking employee training, attendance, and the like. Where I seem to be hitting a wall right now is I am pulling information from the Employee General Information table and the Employee Attendance table in a query, Employee Points. It seems that when I have a duplicate name (Jones) for two different employees, neither of them show up in the query. Similar thing for first names, except it seems to be showing only the first one of that same first name in my query. Any thoughts as to why this might be happening?
I am pulling first and last name from same table (Employee General Information), the "total' is 'group by'.
It's very curious! Any help you can offer is appreciated. Please remember I am very new to Access. :)
