Sharepoint Connection string to Excel 2013 vs Excel 2010

Hi,
I've got a weird one. I'm new to Sharepoint and connection strings, so please bear with me.

I'm connecting an Excel Spreadsheet to a Sharepoint list for RW access.
I'm using the following connection string: (I replaced the URL and list name for privacy):

Provider=Microsoft.ACE.OLEDB.12.0;WSS;IMEX=1;RetrieveIds=Yes;DATABASE=https://mysite/ua;LIST={mylist};

I'm using the same string for writes except with an IMEX=0

Everything works perfectly in my Excel 2013 setup.

But it doesn't consistently work at our client site. They are using:
Microsoft Office Home and Business 2010 Version: 14.0.7163.5000 (32-bit)

There are 8 computers there. 5 of them work, 3 don't.
I had them check for any differences between a working computer and a non-working one. They couldn't find any difference in terms of Office versions or updates.

The 5 working computers work just fine.
The error they are getting on the 3 non-working computers is a popup that says:

Run time Error ...
Could not find installable ISAM

Any ideas? Anything I might have missed?

Thanks.

You should Cancel tinder plus subscription package because its totally useless

I am having the same problem.
In my case, I noticed that systems not having MS Access installed were giving the problem while connecting to SharePoint using ACE.OLEDB.
