Opening a DBF file that has Hebrew characters

We are trying to open a DBF file that I believe has a code page of 862. I believe this code page is for Hebrew characters. How can we pass the correct code page to the Microsoft dBase Driver so that it opens the DBF file and reads the correct Hebrew characters. We need some comments filed to be displayed in Hebrew in our lists.
