HTML Table - Auto typing

Hi All,

I seem to have encountered the auto typing issue that usually ruins all my queries from text files, in that it has determined a column as the wrong format, as it was not populated with as many dates/strings as it was nulls. I fiddled with the IMEX setting, but to no avail. is there a connection string modifier to change this setting or the equivalent of a schema.ini for html files?

Try the following it worked for me, use these teps for xml.

  1. first join all the lines - ggVGgJ
  2. Now break tags to new lines - :%s/>\s*</>\r</g
  3. Now set filetype - :set ft=html (you can do this before too)
  4. Now Indent - ggVG=
