Connection String for Win10

We have been using the following Connection Screen to connect MS Access 2016 (64 bit) on a Win7 64 bit computer to our Pervasive V11 database.

strConnect = "ODBC;Driver={Pervasive ODBC Interface};ServerDSN="DSNSERVER1";ServerName=SERVERPSQL.1583;UID=Admin;PWD=****"

When we try to run connection screen using a Win10 computer, it errors out when I tries to append table to database. Please advise.
