Connectionstring example, Netezza ODBC using Toad for Data Analysts

I'm trying to connect to Netezza from Toad for Data Analysts 2.5.1 using ODBC. It requires a connectionstring. The connection prompt already has entries for Data source name, user, password, and database. With all of these filled in, the error I'm getting is server and or port attributes are empty. Any suggestions on format and entries required for the connectionstring?
