Creating a connection string

I am using Easy Query Builder and I would like to connect to a file on my computer which is a database I built with Toad Data Manager. The file is an sql file in notepad that I have stored on my system. Can any one explain how I would create a connection string to the file in Easy Query Builder. I don't know how to create a string or what one looks like. Still very new to this.
