Connection String to Local SQL Server from Azure Connect'ed Role

I'm converting a web app to run on Azure. I want it to access a SQL\Express instance on my server. I have the endpoint setup, but I can't find a clear example of the connection string that I need. The only example uses MVC and this is a web app.

Google/Bing provide NOTHING. Can anyone here help?
